Centralized location, convenient, comfortable, lobby lounge staff excellent, house keeping staff did excellent job, and overall satisfied.

All to expectation! Nice hotel with all you do expect. Nice bathroom with shower and seperate bath tube, big room - I think I did get an upgrade. Breakfast excellent!

The room service is great. The lady is very welcoming and friendly. I like that the hotel provides fresh fruit (four types of fruit: melon, apple, peach, nectarine, or banana) for the room guests every day! They even have a plate with a fork and knife for the guests to use, very thoughtful service. There are bath salts available for the guests who want to take a bath. The shower stall and the bathtub are clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, lots of variety to choose from. I like the bright light in the room. The breakfast selections tend to be tailored to Asians. It’s amazing they even have hand made xiaolongbao for breakfast. There are a lot of Asian style breakfast dishes available. If you like Asian style food, gotta go check out their breakfast buffet. Breakfast is very busy between 8-10am. Their lunch buffet is also great, international selections of food and much quieter with fewer people. I love their hand made dessert, all you can eat salmon sashimi, steak, and the fresh deep fried tempura. They also have the Dim Sum Buffet available on the second floor. There are many dishes to choose from and they taste quite authentic, just like the ones in the Canton province. There is an indoor and outdoor tennis court, gym, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is bright, not deep, and the water temperature is warm.
